CAS, Creativity – CAS PROJECT 4

My main CAS project is still continuing. I have begun to make sketches of the playgrounds at the campuses that I am installing the fencing mentioned in the earlier post. This has required me to use some creative skills, some that I didn't have before. Quickly, I realize that this was going to take a long time. I had spent several hours simply measuring the fencing on a hot day, and finally I went home and started implementing the measurements into a sketching program. When I was nearly finished, I realized that I didn't have all of the necessary measurements. This connects to LO4, as I had to persevere very much to get this accomplished. I had to learn new skills and spent many hours on this.

CAS, Creativity – Drone Photography

I went on a trip with my family for one month and took my video drone with me to capture some footage of the terrain. This was another challenge due to my broken finger. Moving the controller was hard, and I have much less strength in my hand, but I was still able to capture some amazing footage. I was a little nervous, to fly a drone with my broken finger but It actually helped me to be a bit more cautious with it, and by moving slowly, I also captured smoother footage with it. This connects to LO2, as I have over come new challenges and become more skilled at drone photography.
