CAS, Service – CAS PROJECT 5
As part of this project I had to actually order the fencing materials from a company that would supply them. I spoke with them over the phone and exchanged many emails over the course of multiple weeks. I sent them some measurements, but they weren't enough for them. I had to return to the campus and take a very detailed measurements, which was extremely tiring this connects to activity and service. Once I finally got these measurements I documented all of them and returned home to send them the supplier. Once they sent back and invoice it turned out that they still didn't put the correct measurements or materials. By now, I have sent over 10 emails to this company. I've had persevere yet again, and even though employees of this company are trained for their positions, I had to alter the invoice and send it back to them to show them exactly what I needed. This talk me a lot about leadership, and connects to LO4.
