CAS, Activity – Working out & Health
Health is something that is very important to me. I have begun prioritizing exercise and diet even more over the past months. I begun cooking my own meals and setting up my own workout plans, in addition. I try to workout for multiple hours per day, including weight training and cardio. This activity is something that is very important to my health and daily life. With the workouts, I started without knowing much about form and technique. However I did extensive research online so that I could make workout plans with exercises that I knew how to do. This connects to LO2, but I was able to learn the skills with time and research.
