CAS, Activity – Working Out
I've begun focusing more on my workout routine, and started doing more formal planning. I set up a graph with dates and workouts that I could follow. This is been really helpful to guide me in making use of my improve diet. I've had to do a lot of research, but I've learned a lot about specific exercises and how to conduct the myself. With my broken finger, I still have great difficulty working out. My left hand still has about 1/2 the strength as my right, so I have to be careful not to injure it further. This connects to LO2, as I have develop new skills while researching and challenging myself with physical activity.
